Refunds

‘In Person’ Registrations until the 28th February 2026 are eligible for full refunds (less Merchant System Fees). After 28th February 2026 there are no refunds, with you being able to participate virtually and have access to HD recordings after the meeting.

‘Virtual’ Registrations until the 14th March 2026 are eligible for full refunds (less Merchant System Fees). After 14th March 2026 there are no refunds with you being able to have access to HD recordings after the meeting.

Our refund and returns policy lasts until the 28th February 2026. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. After 28th February 2026.

Merchant System Fees?

When a registration payment is made on this website our ‘Merchant System’ – PayPal/Stripe, deducts a Fee. This Merchant System Fee is NOT refundable and will be deducted from amount refunded.
